Or at least, that's what they said.

I recommend the questions thing. But don't let it drag on. Once you get used to it, you can free range it. ;)Melissa {Suger}https://www.blogger.com/profile/10297932355360477833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5521948518439771988.post-5117770038056251332011-11-08T19:23:15.750+10:002011-11-08T19:23:15.750+10:00Don't do it just because everyone else is, for...Don't do it just because everyone else is, for goodness sake. I don't think it needs to be scheduled eg weekly unless you want it to be as part of a theme. I used vlogging as a way of wrapping up my week. Its nice to put a voice to the face as I find when I read blog entries from people who ive heard speak before I hear their voice in my head when Im reading a blog entry. Always keep the vlog entry short and dont ramble on or people get bored and move on. Same kind of principles as a blog entry- keep it concise and to the point, usually just with 1 or 2 topics. Write down (or even type up) dot points of things you want to cover and have within eyesight when you record it so you dont sit there thinking about what to say. They can be good if done right.Jesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04639459285980550486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5521948518439771988.post-36584501650382251512011-11-07T17:17:18.147+10:002011-11-07T17:17:18.147+10:00You should do what is comfortable for you. You see facial expressions, hear their voice and see all their hand movements and personal things. It's nice and informal and if it's a blogger you really love, it's exciting to kind of finally 'meet' them.

So please vlog! Let us see you!EssentiallyJesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02372695554793237026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5521948518439771988.post-60699257883318887592011-11-07T11:52:05.674+10:002011-11-07T11:52:05.674+10:00Honestly? I often skip past posts with videos in them, I read blogs while doing other things and I don't like the noise- it tends to attract my toddler 'What are you doing, Mummy?'. Lol. It's part of the reason I love blogs is because it's reading, not watching.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
