The first recipe I'm going to share with you is one I have most. It's quick, easy and delicious.

1 egg
Handful frozen berries
Couple of drops of vanilla essence
Milk (I fill it up to about 400mL which is perfect for our glasses but just fill to whatever you want)

I do a similar one for the kids, but I throw in some wheatgerm and I don't put an egg in. You can't beat a smoothie. x
