Plateau Is Here

I need to get back on track.

I need to exercise more again.

Four hours of training a week is just not enough. I'm not noticing the differences I want or need to.

I might have to start documenting my exercises on here as accountability. It's just not working at the moment. Chocolate and couch is taking precedent over health and fitness. It's just not good enough. I can do, I have done better than this.

There's a 41 Day Apocalyptic Workout that I've started and today I will catch up on six days. It's a lot but I have the motivation to do it. Once I've caught back up I'll be consistent with it. There's a group of us derby girls doing it together but I think we've all been slacking off. I don't have any real excuses. Frankly, I'm getting pretty tired of myself making excuses. I've bitched about it before and I'm the only person who can make the change.

Now excuse me while I go and try to do pull ups. Try being the operative word, nobody told me they were so damn HARD!
