Exercise the Pinterest Way

Pinterest is a wonderful tool. It's great for inspiration of almost anything - craft, fashion, food, organisation, design, kid's activities - you name it and it's most likely pinned.
Pinterest
As I'm not a fitness freak, healthy minded person or have ever been motivated to exercise more than a week before I need all the inspiration, motivation, ideas and knowledge I can get my hands on. Pinterest has been brilliant.

I've done the following exercises I've found through Pinterest. I may not have repeated them again straight away but I've done the reps. Some have been easy, some have been hard. Through these exercises I know what muscles need more work than others. I'm learning about, listening to and working with my body for the first time other than when giving birth.

I, of course, have a Pinterest exercise board but here are my top five exercise, fitness, health, motivation boards to follow;

Health & Fitness
    2. Naomi's exercise Board

    3. Denise's motivation and exercise Board

    4. Amanda's Exercise Board

    5. Jennifer's SWEAT IT OUT Board

I'd love to know who you follow on Pinterest for inspiration.

  1. Well, I'll start following you now. I love Pinerest but I haven't been really following anyone.

Actually, I have been liking a lot that Lisa from Mrs BC pins.

    1. Yep with Pinterest you could have your own bootcamp at home just without equipment. Or you could be extra creative and use items around the house :)
      Anything is possible!

  3. thanks for sharing these - i will check them out - i find most pinterst fitness boards too hard core for me and actually demotivate me because they are extreme (i will never "eat clean" or have rock hard abs at 40 because i know myself and what i am willing to put in and cut out) so for motivation i tend to go more gentle with the "you can do it" type quotes and things that break through my mental barriers.

    1. I agree Deb. There are ones I've looked at in dismay as I'll never be able to do it or look that way. You know what I do though? I click the little x and the photo disappears and I find one that motivates me again :) Makes me feel much better!

  4. lol love the last one sweat is fat crying. great way to put it. I had a 30 day walking challenge that I failed. Since moving here though I have been walking 5 days a week to and from the kids school up and down a hill taking 20 mins each way. its a killer so hoping I can get rid of that baby belly bulge.

Oh man, I hate hills. We have hills everywhere here so I definitely admire you for tackling those hills every weekday! Well done :)

  8. Thanks for stopping by my blog - love these motivational posters and the list of exercises you have there - think I will have to give them a go one night. I try to run 3-4 times a week, go to a trainer twice a week (when he isn't away) and then cycle at least once a week. I am always on look out for a range of exercises I can do because most times I can't be a*sed to try to think of things to do !!

    Take care !

I'm trying to find that mojo again because ideally need to for some many reasons. I can see your efforts have yielded great results. Good on you! By the way, I love the last pic a lot! Sweat is fat crying! I need to sweat A LOT!
