  1. Love, love, love family nap time. We all slept yesterday for about three hours (right after I finished a blog post about how I never sleep when the kids sleep).

Best solution for cranky mothers and cranky toddlers!

  3. Ahhh love nap times. I can't seem to fall alseep during the day time. I wish I could. My children wake up energised and I need a cup of tea to keep me going1

  4. I've always fought napping till I had kids. Then it became a case of trying to nap when they did, as long as they stay asleep. A bit hard sometimes with a catnapper baby. Now when I do nap, I know it's helpful but I just never wake refreshed enough. I guess a 30 minute nap never quite makes up for cumulative months worth of sleep deprivation.

  5. I never had to nap as my 4 were sleepers, like 12 hours a night from 3-5 weeks of age & never stopped - now i have to get a teenager up in the morning with a crow bar. I thank my mental health to the fact my children slept, days & nights to have plenty of time for clear thinking. Love Posie

  8. Oh family naps!! I haven't had one of those since Roo was a wee babe! Enjoy! I hope Sesame likes Family Naps as well - my kids all just want to play if they can see someone else in their sleeping space!

  9. I"ve given up trying to nap unless it's absolutely necessary! When I was pregnant though I would nap with the kids in bed with me. It was the only way to survive!
